Super soft black silk velvet dress circa early 1940s with a romantic sheer lace neckline and shoulders, short sleeves and cinched waist. Very Old Hollywood. As it is silk velvet, it is relatively lightweight. Side metal zipper. No holes or stains or issues of note. Dry clean only.
