Tiny details on the silver toned buttons feature the words “Montani Semper Liberi - W. Va.” plus part of the West Virginia coat of arms depicting a coal miner and a farmer. Jacket has a military look, is lightweight, would make a great rain jacket or windbreaker for spring / fall. In excellent condition. Inner tag dated 1996 and recommends dry cleaning, however, I washed and hung to dry with no issues.
