Womens faintly striped off white short cropped cotton jacket with a relatively short waist. Zipper front with cute top neck buttons. Side pocket slits. No lining - light weight. Collar reminds me of the Member's Only mens jackets that were popular in the 1990's for women gives it a little techno look. You can wear it open - see photos.
