fantastic warm and cozy KATE SPADE original DESIGN SAMPLE (no identifying tags, item was purchased by me from Kate Spade's NYC design workroom!)

Hand knit brown wool/mohair blend infinity style shoulder shrug. you pull this over like a floppy turtle neck and then down over your shoulders to keep your arms warm. Accented by two carved leather buttons at front. Top edge appears to be a light ruffle when worn as shown on mannaquin.
