Classic 1980s Norman Rockwell collectors plate 8. 5" diameter

Shows a man with a beard and pipe (and a big red parrot on his shoulder) and mariner tattoos on his arm at work building a model ship on a wooden table. A small blond child with a hat looks up at him quietly.

The back of the plate says "Plate Number 18456I of the Limited Edition of 'The Ship Builder' by Norman Rockwell. Fourth in the Rockwell Heritage Collection.

Made in a limited edition permanently closed in 1980 by Knowled and certified as a 'True Rockwell Classic' by the Rockwell Society of America. Bradex number 84-70-3. 4"
