I believe you are able to adjust the length of the slip: "Snip and pull the chain stitch up the side to the height you want - around the hem to the length you want. Adjustable to 4 lengths." The color is an off white cream. "Tiers of chain-stitched lace at hem. Double row of lace inserts at sides. Cocktail sides."

The package is 12 x 10. It is unopened NIP - however, one end is "opened" - the clear plastic is folded over - it is the packaging design.

I left the 75 cent sticker tag on as I didn't want to rip the plastic.
