Fabric is a sheer white nylon.

Bodice is fitted with gathering under and over the bust leading to sturdy straps. Ruched straps form cap sleeves.

Wide smooth waist insert in front. Smooth in back.

Skirt is gathered in the front and smooth in the back. Pretty blue flowers accent the front waist.
