Oval pendant is 1 5/8 inches long, with needlepoint rose and greenery worked on what looks like silk.  The back is goldtone and the bezel splits up and over into prongs.
Not saying this is handmade, pretty lightweight for that - but it was all the rage once upon a time.
The pendant hangs by a simple jump ring onto a decorative 23 inch goldtone chain, with spring ring clasp.  
Very good condition.
