To the naked eye, and various loupes, that large smooth area appeared to be blank - to the camera, nope - - Coro in script. Note: the area to the left of that mark just might be a flying horse, i.e., Pegasus but can't bring it up. The other mark is Des. Pat.Pend.

This necklace is composed of sideway leaves, each just one inch sideways, including the stem loop which hooks it to the next. They are bright goldtone with white enamel on the low areas.

Closure is a J hook, at either 13 inches or anywhere on the white bead/rosary chain extender up to 17 inches.

Vintage, pre-owned and terrific...normal wear for vintage with some wear on the back of some leaves.
