Navy High Rise Trousers are a soft and swingy pair of pants. Slit pocket at either hip. Small elasticized sections in the waist band. Zip fly closure. These pants were hemmed, but they can be lengthened as the fabric was not cut. No notable flaws or blemishes. Made by the brand Pendleton.
