1980’s or 1990’s Charter Club cotton sweater in navy blue with multicolor embroidered medals.The sweater buttons up the front with gold-tone buttons with stars.The fake medals are on a fake pocket on the chest, and two real pockets at the bottom. The sweater has red & yellow stripes with stars on the shoulders, and at the bottom of the sleeves. Listed on tag as size large.Measurements: 42" chest, 37" back of neck to bottom of sleeve, 30" shoulder to hem.
