I believe these are vintage earrings, though I can't definitively date. I think this is a simplistic version of the rainbow man. The "Rainbow Man" is a Yei deity who commands the rainbow, giving beauty to all those in harmony. It is thought that his sack was made of clouds full of rainbows or seeds. The "Rainbow Kokopelli" represents the Yei symbol of harmony. Stamped sterling on the back, with a little turquoise cabochon I think is his sack of clouds. Navajo.
