In creamy white enamel, there are 5 overlapping small circles, each edged with gold. Overall the size is 2 and 1/4 inches long by 3/4 inches. The center circle is the largest, at 3/4 inch in diameter. Next to that are 2 circles, each 1/2 inch in diameter. The smallest 2 are 3/8 inch in diameter.
