Vintage-1960s short sleeve, striped cotton wiggle dress with a stand collar and matching belt. The elasticized waistband has lost its stretch. the belt's swing tacks are unstitched (see photo). The straight skirt has a center-back kick pleat. The dress has a label that partially reads "Nancy, New York." The bust is 40 inches. The waist is an adjustable 32 inches. The hip is 37 inches. The length, as measured from the bottom of the waistline to the hem, is 24 inches.
