Such a fun blouse! The blouse has been stored well. The whites are very white still. The lace and pleats add amazing details. The ties at the neck and the waist are so cute. The fabric feels like a cotton poly blend. It doesn't wrinkle as much as 100% cotton would.

This blouse was stored at my elderly neighbor's home. When we found it again, it reminded her of her younger days and now it can find a new home.

The high neck is Victorian in style, but the tie at the waist makes me think of . It is that perfect combo. The blouse would look cute with a skirt, a pair of jeans, shorts, under a jacket or sweater.
