Mid 1920 J. C. Penny Co., Inc black wool bathing suit. It was interesting to date this one- the label helped a tremendous bit. This particular label has the updated company name after it was incorporated in 1924. Very cool! The suit belonged to an uncle of a woman who currently lives in Raleigh by way of way upstate NY(her mother was a great seamstress and I have posted some of her made pieces) The bathing suit is in tremendous condition and hardly appears worn. Lots of life and give to the wool. No holes or issues. Washed and ready to wear
