I found a huge lot 1970s-80s-90s deadstock unworn transfer shirts from a man who sold them at shows back in the day. The shirts and art are true vintage. The art is all licensed. Shirts have been in storage for decades so despite being new may have minor aging blemishes.

This one has an issue with some of the transfer paper stuck to the glitter image. I'm not messing with it, I think you can rub it off when shirt is wet.
