1990's polished cotton jumpsuit by iconic designer Karen Alexander. Her pieces have become highly collectible over the years and they are becoming increasingly difficult to find. I have never seen another one of these adorable jumpsuits. Black polished cotton with a print of pink cabbage roses and plaid ribbons. Wide scoop neckline. Fitted bodice. Wide corset-like princess waist. Voluminous peplum skirt at the waist. Capri pants with elastic cuffs and buttons at the calves. Low square back with covered button closures all the way down. So charming I could weep.
