1980's NEW WITH TAGS purple satin dress by Hearts. Hearts is one of my favorite 80's labels and this one has never been worn. The original $65 price tag is still attached and this dress would be about $148 today. This dress is absolutely 1940's inspired in so many ways. It is a rich cobalt-purple shimmering rayon satin. Beautiful gathers at the front waist bodice and across the front of the skirt. Strong padded shoulders. Long sleeves. Curved skirt narrows just a bit at the knees creating a beautiful femme silhouette. Wide matching belt with a gold metal crescent buckle. Nylon zipper. No lining.

Excellent Condition

- Very slight color oxidation. This presents as some areas appearing more purple and others more blue. But this is incredibly difficult to detect as the fabric is shimmery satin.
