1970's wool plaid princess coat by Dee Dee Deb. I have a Dee Dee Deb in my collection and it is my hardest working coat Well made and I reach for it all the time. This is an exceptionally lovely coat. Rich autumnal tones of copper, beige, forest green and burnt umber arranged in a classic plaid. Large curved lapels. Raglan wide cuffed sleeves. Double-breasted with 4 oversized dark green button closures. Nipped waist with a belt that is attached with buttons at the sides. The belt can be removed. Large patch pockets at the front hips. A-line princess style skirt. Wide belt back waist with an inverted pleat for movement in the skirt. Fully lined in gold satin acetate.
