1970's black floral tiered maxi skirt and blouse set. This looks like a dress when worn but it is two pieces. Spaghetti strap blouson top with elastic at the neckline and waist. Three tiers of sheer black poly with a beautiful dark floral print. The top is a tunic length and could be worn on its own. Elastic waist maxi skirt with long tiers of black sheer floral. Both pieces are constructed of black acetate lining with sheer poly chiffon layered over it. No closures, both pieces pull onto the body.
