Y2K era black formal dress by Cache. Slim fitting poly with a stretchy black mesh overlay. Padded halter bodice with a very thin strap that goes around the neck. The sheer black overlay goes up and over the bust like a halter neck. Peekaboo silver rhinestone panel under the bust, so skin does show through there. Fitted through the waist, hips and legs. Gathered at the right hip with a fluttery tail to the hem of the skirt. Open back. Invisible zipper at the right side. Lined in black poly.
