This is a romantic, cottagecore, women's vintage-1970s, sleeveless, maxi-length, wrap dress. Dress wraps to close with two waist ties. The ruffled collar extends to the back forming a sailor-style/cape-like collar. Spaghetti ties at each shoulder seam to control ruffles. The skirt has two layers with the top layer cut shorter than the bottom layer and the front cut shorter than the rear. Made of a romantic victorian floral print on polyester knit. The bust is an adjustable 33 inches. The waist is an adjustable 26 inches. The length, as measured from the waistline to the front hem, is 37. 5 inches.
