With its original paper tag, in Mint Never Used Vintage Condition, for those lovers of Mary Frances handbags, here is a floral fabric gem. The front boasts a 3-dimensional fabric, feather, ribbon and bead 10 inch long by 7 inch wide floral fantasy. The multi-color iridescent jewel tone fabric is in purple, mauve, taupe and green shades. That fabric forms the softly curved structure of the 11 inch by 6 inch purse. Fringe, ribbon and tiny beads accent the edges. Aurora borealis bugle beads form an undulating line across the front fabric. Look closely and you will also see some tiny butterflies.

As with most of her creations, this purse almost defies description, except one that says "fantastic". Flowers in pops of colors make this beaded handbag a stunning addition to any wardrobe. The mix of fabrics, ribbons, beads, feathers and fringe gives this unique handbag a fresh spring-vibe.

In addition to the Mary Frances logo paper hang tag that identifies this style as Bag 850, two other labels assure you this is an authentic Mary Frances purse.

Another attached inside label reads "Made in the Philippines". Her website proudly claims all of her designs are hand crafted in that country.

Lengthwise the bag is 11 inches long by 6 inches tall and it has a depth of 1 and 3/4 inches.

The fully beaded handle is 33 inches long. These beads are all in the same colors as the fabrics.

Both sides of the bag are trimmed and the edges are bound with decorative binding, which is another of her signature looks.

The bag is fully lined with more fabric and it has one small side pocket in the inside compartment.

In the curved center the top magnetic clasp closes securely.

This small bag can be carried as a clutch or hung on your shoulder.

If this is your first Mary Frances purse, you will be amazed at how well this beautifully lush bag is designed and constructed. In some photos I tried to show the detail of the fabric and bead work.

When I found this purse the cloth dust storage bag was missing. However I will send it in a bag that will serve to protect the purse when you are not using it.
