1970s or 1980s Enameled blue green ruffle brooch. When I purchased this it immediately caught my eye. Love the colors of this brooch, as it is so rich and elegant looking. Marked Marvella. Just an elegant piece for a dress, suit, coat, hat or even a scarf. It is in excellent condition. A rich array of colorful enameled tones.
