This 1970's top has an open style. The tie closure hits at the waist and gives you a bit of a peplum feel. You can wear this open or tie it closed. Fabric is a polyester with little stretch. Light blue with all-over white butterfly and floral sketch print.
Marked as a (vintage) size 18 but best fits a 14/16.
