A very nice edition of Madeleine Cooks by Madeleine Kamman, published in 1986. An excellent chef and teacher, I enjoyed her PBS series and still apply a lot of what I learned from her. Fully illustrated with drawings and photographs.

Both the book and jacket are in very good condition. Would make a great gift.
