This is a bag with a White Base and a Clear Starburst Carved Lid with Sphere.

The lid on this lovely is extra thick and carved on the outside and the inside. This carving on both sides I have not seen before and it looks like Glass. The bottom is a marbled white. Any shadows or shading you see are from the sunlight, not the purse.

Measurements - Length - 8. 5"

Width - 4. 5"

Height - 4. 5" without the handles, 9. 5" with the handles

This handbag will easily hold most size Cell Phones, plus your other necessaries.

Near MINT Condition - There is no odor, cracks, or clouding. If you do a very close examination two of handle spacers are white and two are clear. Apparently it was manufactured like this and it is not a concern. There is a very light scratch on the left front handle.
