Louis Feraud 70's Vintage Velvet Cape Skirt Set

No size tag- estimated modern Small. Preowned item in excellent condition.

Incredible, black luscious cotton velveteen make up both of the pieces in this set. Both are fully lined. The skirt as a side zipper and button tab closure. It is embroidered with pink purple, & orange threads in a geometric pattern. Made in France.
