The Bodice is a burgundy satin fabrication decorated with a chevron striped Chenille chevron pattern across its bust & bodice.   Polka dot Chenille dollups are ornamented throughout the mesh sleeve and skirt of the dress.  The skirt has three layers of fabric which gives it its fullness.

The dress can be worn off the shoulder as well as on.  Style is in the eye of the beholder, wear it how you feel your best!

This dress is in great vintage condition.  The waist layer of chenille has a bit of wear, although unnoticeable, while on.  There are a few pin holes throughout the netting of the skirt, very small in size.  They go unnoticed unless you scour each and every inch of the dress. 

There is a back center zipper to allow you in and out of the dress.   Additional zippers on each wrist to allow you in and out easily.   This feature gives the dress that tailored look for the cuffs which then brings you up the arm, gradually growing into its Balloon Sleeves & Shoulders.
