Little Black Dress Blue Beaded Bow For Repair Women’s 1950s 1980s Handmade SZ M

This vintage beauty needs help. I believe she is from the 50s with a zipper update in the 80s. She could be from the 80s, but the lack of serging and the material used have me leaning earlier. I think this is acetate as when it gets wet it reeks of gasoline. Dry clean suggested. 😂

Two major issues:

1. Bias tape hem on sleeves and skirt has failed. Bias tape is toast. Sleeves and skirt need rehemmed.

2. Two faded spots on skirt. My plan was to cut the skirt off and turn the bodice into an amazing peplum top, but my momma passed away before we could save this one.
