It's made of white ceramic with golf leafing and marked "T&V Limoges France Liberty Depose" with the artist's signature "Jessie M. Torrey." Estimated to be circa 1940s, possibly earlier.

CONDITION: Great vintage condition with minor surface wear, no chips or cracks.
