Light & Flowy 80's Vintage Hot Pink Floral Silk Jacquard Shirt Dress

This one is a head scratcher. Beautiful silk jacquard, well made, but I have no idea who made it. In addition, there is some printing inside the bodice that was probably printed on the beginning or end of the bolt and may indicate the origin of the fabric "ORIGINAL FANCY NEW YORK LO(T) 44/5" _ 34" ...but who leaves that in the garment? Weird.

Condition:

Excellent EXCEPT there is some silver paint or grease near the right hem. It's pretty light and tends to look like creases on the skirt. See photo. No tears, rips, or smells.
