This is a beautiful mink jacket by Leppert Roos. The fur is in really great shape; very shiny and pliable. The features of this beauty are two hook and eye closures; front pockets; belt loops to be worn with a belt tied in front and loose in the back; as shown in photo or can be worn without a belt; 3/4 length sleeves; fully lined. The jacket had two tears to the pelts. One tear was in the back - see photo - and it has been repaired. The other tear was in the front near the pocket and the repair is not noticeable at all.
To avoid tears to furs, they should be stored flat and either in a cedar chest or wrapped in cotton - never plastic. For a fur, this one is in excellent condition.
