Vintage Lefton teen lady head vase, has foil label and number 1229 stamped. The foil is very hard to read, but the number and style confirms Lefton. She measures 6" tall. The foil label is silver but I have seen other Lefton labels in silver vs the red.

She had a flip hairstyle with a sweet blue floral headband and matching collar. She has ruby red lips and painted on eyelashes with her brown eyes. She is in overall wonderful vintage condition, with the only a few flaws one little mark on the back of her head and a roughness on base. Not sure if it was a repair, but does not stand out when displayed. You can see from the main photo, the unevenness doesn't show. There is some color fading with the blue. Because these vintage head vases were hand painted by different companies, many have paint runs. You can see the photos. All in all, I think she looks in wonderful condition for her age.
