Heavy leather fringed vest! Very 70s! So cute with jean shorts and boots or jeans and a pouf sleeve blouse! I imagine it once had a piece of hardware on the other side but it is no longer there. Could use a piece of jute or twine and tie it to the ring. Stitching on left shoulder seam is coming loose.

length from back of neck to bottom of vest where fringe begins 15”
Fringe is approximately 9” long
