Late 60s-Early 70s Skirt with Matching Double-Breasted Vest Shades of Golds and Pinks Yellow, Raw Umber$85.00
The fabric of this late 60’s (maybe early 70's) set is a high quality woven fabric, believe it is Irish linen. The lining is a matching gold silk taffeta. The paisley and floral print is a mix of predominately shades of gold with just the right balance of raw umber, pinks, and a bit of yellow.
The well-constructed outfit has a lined dirndl skirt which is gently gathered at the waistband and closes on the side with a nylon zipper and metal clasp on the waistband. The double-breasted, four-panel, fully lined vest has princess lines, a notched collar. and bound buttonholes. The vest is accented with eight attractive marbleized, deep ridged buttons (four for the buttonholes, four decorative) There are also three snaps.
