1980's luxury knit sweater and skirt set by Paca. First off this color is extraordinary. It is a deep burgundy shade with warm copper undertones. It's difficult to explain- but rich warm brandy. The jacket is open at the front with two ties at the bust. Structured puff shoulders with inner padding that helps retain the shape despite the heaviness of the knit. Soft chenille accents at the shoulders, down the front and across the hem of both the jacket and the skirt. Long billowy sleeves with knit cuffs. Elastic waist A-line skirt. As mentioned- this is a heavy high quality rayon knit. Truly a beautiful piece of knitwear that rivals the 1920's and 1930's deco knits I have had in my collection.
