1990's slinky black formal dress and bolero set by Filigree LTD. Super stretchy black lycra. Sweetheart bodice with silver glitter rose print. Double spaghetti straps. Fitted throughout. Slit at the front of the skirt. Matching cropped bolero with padded and puffed shoulders. Long sleeves. No lining and this is semi-sheer, especially when stretched. Nylon zipper up the back.
