1980's plaid shirtwaist dress by Fritzi. OOOF this is the BEST colorway. Chartreuse with magenta, purple, kelly green and deep blue plaid. Dainty rounded collar. 7 blue pearl plastic functional buttons down the front. Fitted bodice. Long slightly ballooned sleeves with button cuffs. Sits at the natural waist with a full skirt. Unlined. Pulls onto the body, the buttons are the only closures.
