This is such a wonderful Ensemble that consists of two pieces; a chic cocktail dress and a long pencil skirt, made of a soft pale pink rayon and wonderful blackish chantilly lace. The Dress has a sweetheart neckline with the lace covering the bust and sweeping up just onto the shoulder straps that dip into a deep V in the back. The bodice of the dress is structured with boning and is fitted to the waist. The skirt of the dress is straight but has a bit of volume that gathers down at the waist so it is not fitted to the hips. The skirt to the dress falls to the knees and zips up the back with a metal zipper and hooks and eyes at the lace.

The skirt has a hook and eye closure at the waistband and is just made of lining rayon. The lace starts just past the hips and falls to the ankles with a large slit up the back that adds for mobility as the skirt is a pencil style.

The dress has labels. The label says silk chantilly lace made in France. The dress is also more black in-person vs. the gray in the photos.

Condition:

The set is overall in wonderful condition with only a few small flaws. There are some repairs in the lace in the underarm and a few small ones scattered. There is also a stain on the skirt on the right hip that did not come out in the laundering process. The set has been professionally hand laundered and is ready to wear.
