Very nice true vintage L. L. Bean long leather satchel bag. Beautifully broken in this bag dates to the 1970s and belonged to my Grandmother, who worked as a secretary at the Pentagon. The tag matches tags used in the 70s and the interior is suede. Would make a nice little overnight or weekender bag. Such a unique long shape. Would also make a great bag for books or documents.

In good vintage condition . I believe the exterior has been recolored at some point with some kind of shoe polish for leather I think. It'sa dark reddish brown and the inside is clean. There is wear and signs of age and use, most notably along the corners and base. The zipper works well and there is a little wonkiness to the shape from being stored. Please examine all photos carefully.
