Made by Komar in the USA, this vintage knee length sleeveless square neck nightgown features a sweet embroidery floral design and narrow pink lace on the inset yoke. The lightweight fabric is all nylon. A small pink self fabric bow accents the center of the yoke.

The gown has an A-line figure friendly shape, with the fabric lightly gathered onto the square pink and white scalloped edge lace yoke.

I have freshly laundered it, so this gown will arrive clean and ready to wear right out of the box.

Komar has an interesting history. According to their website "In 1908, Charles Komar started a women’s intimate apparel business in New York City’s Lower East Side with a 500 dollar bank loan, a couple of second-hand sewing machines and the guiding principle: “You have only one reputation.” The company quickly made a name selling long-sleeved gowns and drawstring bloomers. In 1917 they made an indelible mark by creating the premier American-made slip. As the first apparel company to introduce nylon and rayon fibers as staple fabrics in 1946, the Komar name became synonymous with cutting-edge, high-value goods sold in volume."
