Cotton summer dress by Kate Spade. Sleeveless with a button bodice, full pleated skirt, side zipper and unattached sash belt. There's two side seam pockets on each hip. Fabric is 98% cotton and 2% elastane. White background with pink, yellow, blue, green vertical stripes.
