Men's long sleeve mod western hybrid style shirt (The westerns features are the pearl snaps and double flapped pockets.  The yoke is a modified straight cut (not v shaped) on the front, and the back has a sewn down strip with no yoke.  The shirt is also meant to be worn untucked, as there are side-seam slits from the hemline about 5 inches up.  This is a very sharp slim-fit shirt.
