Jean Muir, (1928-1995) was an English designer who worked in soft, flowing fabrics that ensured comfort and are now very popular on the vintage market. The design of this 1980s dress is sexy without causing any concerns about about lumps and bumps. It is fitted only in the shoulders and chest, and the skirt is pinched right about waist level where it then falls loosely to the bottom. The dress also has padded shoulders, a nice pointed cuff detail, and it closes with a single button behind the neck. The tiger print fabric is 100% viscose knit. Labeled UK size 14 and US size 12, or size Large 10-12. Please refer to the measurements for additional guidance regarding size. Measurements taken with stretchy fabric relaxed.
