These blouses were called Armistice blouses. It has a darling sailor collar, sweet ribbon and embroidery rim and delicate cuffs at the wrist with hook and eye closures. Its an ivory colored silk chiffon. The trim and embroidery is blue and white. Buttons up the front. No labels or tags. Probably a small.

Fair condition. It would be wearable.

There are several holes, and wear to the silk especially in one armpit and near the bottom, though its not completely shattering. The buttons are missing and I did spot a few small smudges though remarkably not many. The embroidery is almost all pretty perfect though and its just such a sweet blouse.

Measurements taken laid flat: Doubled at bust, and waist.

Armpit to armpit across bust: 38".

Waist: 34"

Shoulder to bottom: approx 12"
