Incredible Vintage Pussybow Ascot Polka Dot Button Up Blouse

The cutest vintage blouse EVER! 80’s does pin-up perfection! Has a kerchief/ ascot detail at neckline. Perfect to connect w/ your fave brooch or pin! In excellent gently used condition. It looks like maybe at one point the ascot wings were stitched together, but they no longer are. Again, perfect for a cute pin or easy sew fix if you’d rather them be permanently stitched in place. (See last zoomed in pic) No real flaws though. Made in USA. Slightly puffed cuffed sleeves. Tagged size 20 women’s. Fits like a modern day XL / XXL.
