Idylls of The King by Alfred Tennyson Poet Laureate 1901 Floral Boardswith Gold Edged Paper Antique Edition Donohue Ibenneberry and Co.

Beautiful Edwardian edition of Idylls of the King by Alfred Tennyson, poet laureate. It has a lovely and unique floral cloth cover and gold edge paper. No actual copyright but there is a dated dedication of 1901, along with the original gift card from a Miss Davie Pope. I did research Miss Pope who was from Georgia and would have been 17 years old at the time. Published by Donohue Henneberry & Co. out of Chicago, known for the book binding expertise.

It is in good over all antique condition, there is some foxing and what looks like a drink ring stain on the cover and other various marks and signs offer and age.
