Front metal zipper, Peter Pan collar with bow to tie at neck. Retro atomic cottage floral, cotton plisse (not seersucker). Skirt really has a lot of volume. Teardrop pockets!! With bows!! This is iconic early 50s fashion and truly will remind you of 1950s icon, Lucille Ball. Soaked clean, no flaws. Stated size is 18 BUT CHECK THE MEASUREMENTS!
